DOOR is a not-for-profit non-governmental organization founded in 2003.

Bodies

The Assembly is the highest body consisting of all members. General assembly is held at least once a year .

The Steering committee is the executive body. Steering committee members are elected by the Assembly and their term of office is two years. At the general assembly meeting held on June 5th 2007 the following members of the Steering committee have been elected: :
  • dr.sc. Maja Božičević Vrhovčak as President,
  • mr.sc. Vesna Bukarica,
  • Dražen Jakšić,
  • Žarko Janić and
  • mr.sc. Zlatko Zmijarević
The Supervising committee supervises DOORs' activities. It consist of three members:
  • prof.dr.sc. Neven Duić, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Naval Architecture, Zagreb;
  • prof. Ljubomir Miščević, Faculty of Architecture, Zagreb;
  • dr.sc. Sanja Tišma, Institute for International Relations.
The Council is an advisory body consisting of up to 14 members. Up to 7 members are elected by the Assembly and up to 7 by the Council itself. The Council is currently composed of:
  • Josip Baotić, Intercon d.o.o.;
  • dr.sc. Božidar Etlinger, Institute "Ruđer Bošković";
  • prof.dr.sc. Danilo Feretić, Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing, Zagreb;
  • prof.dr.sc. Natalija Koprivanac, Faculty of Chemical Engineering and Technology, Zagreb;
  • prof.dr.sc. Vjera Krstelj, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Naval Architecture, Zagreb;
  • prof.dr.sc. Slavko Matić, Faculty of Forestry, Zagreb.
